Primal Grill with Steven Raichlen

Public television kicks off the 2008 summer grilling season with the May premiere of barbecue master Steven Raichlen's highly anticipated new series, The Primal Grill with Steven Raichlen.

Building on the popularity of his hit series Barbecue University, Raichlen's fifth season on public television features a global view of the world's oldest and most primal cooking method of grilling over live fire.

Based on the 10th anniversary edition of Raichlen's international best-seller, The Barbecue Bible (an odessey of Steven's travels around the world's barbecue trail), The Primal Grill pairs internationally-inspired grilled masterpieces with the sort of in depth, step-by-step techniques you've come to associate with Raichlen's TV shows. Cooking internationally-inspired dishes from the Tubac Golf Resort and Spa in Tubac, Arizona, Steven Raichlen explores the primal fascination of cooking over crackling flames and glowing embers.

Lidia's Italy

This Emmy nominated PBS series features one of America's best-known and best-loved Italian chefs preparing regional Italian dishes with a new twist - Lidia takes you on a tour of Italy where she explores various regions, and prepares and tastes delectable dishes with her family and friends.

Resolution Pictures directed and produced all of the field pieces, shot on location throughout Italy, giving the viewer a chance to see Lidia in her element - choosing fresh fish directly from local fishermen, digging for truffles in the soil of her ancestors, and choosing ripe red tomatoes from the volcanic soil of Mount Vesuvius. This is not just Italy - this is Lidia's Italy.

Trailside: Make Your Own Adventure

Trailside: Make Your Own Adventure is the longest running outdoor "how-to" adventure series and is a six-time Emmy-nominated series that brought the outdoors to millions of viewers each week. The series premiered in 1993 and, at its peak, was available to over 80 million households via Public Television as well as the Outdoor Life Network. Internationally, Trailside was seen on NHK in Japan, TSN in Canada and NBC's Super Channel in 32 European countries.

Prior to forming Resolution, founder Matt Cohen created the pilot and produced four seasons of Trailside: Make Your Own Adventure, garnering him an Emmy nomination. Resolution co-founder Renard Cohen composed and produced music for the series.
