Resolution Pictures was founded in 1999 by brothers Matt and Renard Cohen.

Resolution Pictures has produced for a variety of outlets including, HGTV’s Restore America, the Food Network’s My Country My Kitchen, a James Beard Award winner, PBS series Food Trip with Todd English, nominated for 2 Emmys, Emmy nominated Lidia’s Italy and Emmy winner Seasoned with Spirit, a Native Cooks Journey.

Matt and Renard have worked with such high profile talent as Sara Moulton, Mario Batali, Bill Boggs, Ming Tsai and Rocco DiSprito. Other credits include Back to Basics, Simplify Your Life, and The BestLife Special for the FineLiving Network.

Prior to forming Resolution, founder Matt Cohen created the pilot and produced four seasons of Trailside: Make Your Own Adventure, a public television how-to show on the outdoors. He was nominated for an Emmy for his work on the series. Matt was awarded an Emmy for “Theater on the Edge” a segment produced for WNET’s City Arts.
